I graduated over 2 years ago with my Masters, have been an assistant principal for 4 years now, and I am still continuing to learn. Not a day goes by that I do not learn something new, deal with something new, or find a new way to reach a student.
As much as I learned through my classes, nothing compares to education that I continue to receive on a daily basis. Students are changing, times are changing, and I continue to change with them to meet their needs. One thing that I have learned is that I am never done learning if I want to be successful.
